Requirements

We are looking for a strategic proactive and results-oriented individual with experience of leadership and management of Student Records, Data and Systems teams or a Planning department(s) in a HE environment. You will have experience of operational planning including enrolment, the development of Student Records, Data, Systems and Planning functions, experience of development of student systems and implementing process improvements. You will have strong leadership and project management experience and a deep understanding knowledge of all aspects of OfS and HESA data returns including Data Futures. You will also have responsibility for overseeing the arrangements for ensuring compliance with UK Visas and Immigration student visa rules.

This position is ideally suited to an experienced and ambitious professional seeking to develop their career in a dynamic and growing Higher Education Provider.

You will also have excellent interpersonal skills along with the ability to work collegiately with academic and professional services colleagues. 

Where hybrid working can be accommodated, specific arrangements will be agreed with the successful candidate before their start date. Regardless of where colleagues are working, ICMP premises will be their primary and contractual place of work.
