Location: Sheffield office or remote

Salary: 34,000

You will take the lead on the strategy for all of our domestic and localised content for countries outside of England. You’ll be part of the educational content team, working closely with the England Content Team Leads and Digital Content Manager to ensure we have a cohesive approach across the business.

We’re looking for a focused and driven individual to spot content creation opportunities internationally and support content development including new expansions and early-stage content development projects following a roadmap.Using your teaching experience to understand the customer you will work with Subject Leads and Country Managers in all countries we operate in to support the development of educational content across Twinkl, considering new resources and directions.

You will work closely with the Head of Educational Content to consider the current business priorities and allocate resources in order to create the best return on investment. You will be involved in projects across multiple teams, offering an international content angle to partnerships, app development, innovation and sales and marketing. As we operate in many countries, we’re looking for someone who can learn quickly, build strong relationships with country teams and possess excellent communication skills.

This exciting and varied role will give you the opportunity to play a key role in the development of the most popular teaching materials and help to meet the needs of thousands of educators.

Ongoing projects/how you’ll spend your day:

  • Collaborate with Subject Leads and Country Managers to identify and capitalise on the highest strategic opportunities for their market, offering support in developing effective business strategies.
  • Drive the development of new content and expansions through the lifecycle stages outlined in the content roadmap.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to create a seamless synergy among all content ensuring mutual success and sustained growth.
  • Look for opportunities to localise existing Twinkl content and make it applicable to various markets.
  • Interpret data and collaborate with the data team to provide valuable insights, facilitating informed decision-making across the content landscape.
  • Maintain an up-to-date overview of all content featured on the website, gaining a thorough understanding of current priorities and global market trends.
  • Develop and follow a content strategy specifically tailored to the international markets, ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives.

  • Data analysts, to identify the key information and the best ways of presenting and interacting with it.
  • The Head of Educational Content, who will be your line manager and work closely with you to ensure that the resources considered to be the highest value to our customers are available to them.
  • England Product Team Leads and Digital Product Manager to ensure seamless integration across products.
  • Other departments, anything from assisting marketing to identify which products to highlight and when, the sales team to assist with a school query, Twinkl cares to help with customer understanding of our products, partnerships to advise on a partnership collaboration or brand to look at the branding of a new product line.
