We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to consider the strategy for our interactive resources and define and manage the priorities of the team creating Go resources. You will also be a stakeholder in the development and marketing of our Learn and Go web app.

We are looking for an experienced Primary School Teacher who is passionate about enhancing education through technology. As the Product Manager for Go you will also work with Product Owners to coordinate the creation of new Go games and animations that complement their product lines and can then be added to Learn amp; Go as well. You will collect the ideas for the roadmap and decide on the priorities.

Our successful candidate doesn't need to have technical expertise themselves as they will work very closely with our Go team, however it is essential that they have strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and are very passionate about digital learning and using digital technology in education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and communicate the product roadmap.
  • Conduct user research to gather feedback and insights, prioritising valuable features.
  • Oversee quality assurance for a bug-free, user-friendly product.
  • Assist with the integration of Learn amp; Go and Learner Dashboards into daily teaching practices in schools through strong marketing.
  • Create and update guidance materials, including guides, videos, blogs, and TeachMeets.
  • Collaborate with data analysts to implement data-driven improvements.
  • Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders and teams, providing regular progress updates.
  • Liaise with POs to ensure consistency of content across the Go resources
  • Making data-driven decisions to facilitate market growth.

Requirements

Essential requirements:

  • Undergraduate or Masters degree in primary education or appropriate equivalent degree.
  • Relevant primary teaching background and market awareness.
  • Familiarity with the education sector, including international approaches, pedagogy, and learning methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Proven ability to drive cross-functional teams and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for education and a strong desire to make a positive impact on the learning experience of educators and students.
