Zinc builds automated reference and background checking tools for forward-thinking companies that really care about candidate experience. Founded in 2017, Zinc has a unique approach to background checking, that's redefining industry standards. We're an early-stage startup going through rapid growth. Zinc’s founding team have spent years in recruitment, talent, and HRTech. We saw a field plagued with inefficiency, prejudice and a lack of transparency. We first sought to solve the burden of referencing, then sought to tackle the broader category of background checking.

We're looking for
Over the past 18 months Zinc has enjoyed a period of phenomenal growth, and as we head to Series A and beyond we’ve identified an opportunity to build a community of practice and knowledge sharing around events amp; webinar activities that will drive an increase in MQLs.
We're seeking an Events Marketing Manager to join Zinc and plan, strategise and project manage all aspects of event and webinar execution from start to finish. This is an exciting opportunity to own the events, webinars and networking functions of the marketing team. This is a role for someone creative and entrepreneurial, who thrives in a self-starter environment. We are looking for someone who can think strategically, has very high attention to detail, someone who is able to manage multiple projects at one time and who is a natural at finding ways of building and nurturing communities.
