Job Description
Here at Belong Macclesfield we are looking for an experienced and qualified nurse team leader who is looking to work at a different pace in a vibrant village setting offering dementia, nursing and residential care.
Our Village Nurse Managers (VNM) will lead and motivate our Village Community Nurse teams to ensure we continue to deliver our exceptional standard of award winning care. As a VNM you will be actively involved in developing, trialing and initiating new models and methods of practice in care to those living in our Village Community in their own home setting; your high standards of practice, leadership and clinical ability will be at the forefront of our delivery.
You will be based at Belong Macclesfield and will cover additional Villages for annual leave and sickness when necessary.
