Required skills amp; experience
Leading on all things SEO for your clients, you will plan, develop, and implement SEO strategies. This will include content and on-page, as well as the more technical aspects of SEO.
Complete site audits, to review current performance and opportunities for improvement, you will then action these improvements to improve your clients SEO ranking.
Keyword research and content recommendations, you will work with the content team to get recommendations actioned.
Experienced with GA4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and Google Looker Studio, as well as Technical SEO tools such as Screaming Frog and SEMrush, you will enjoy getting into the numbers, running regular reports to assess SEO performance for your clients and the impact of changes made.
Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with other departments to upskill them and share SEO best practices. Also, experience managing junior members of a team.
You will have a proven track record managing and improving organisations SEO ranking, you could have worked in an SEO role previously, or you may have had a digital marketing role previously and SEO was a big focus.
Ideally, you will have worked in an agency setting, so will understand the need to work at pace across multiple clients.
It would be beneficial if you have an active lifestyle as will understand the agency's proposition and customer base.
