Job Description

Do you want to work for a firm that is changing the conveyancing industry? Do you enjoy making sure clients receive an excellent experience? Do you believe that using technology can make things more efficient and effective?

We're looking for a passionate Customer Service Advisor to join our Welcome Team who enjoys interacting with clients, referral partners and making sure things are done right.

On any given day you could be doing one or all of these things:

  • Making follow up calls to prospective clients who have requested a quote to answer questions and drive quote conversion
  • Supporting new customers through the instruction process following acceptance of a quote
  • Monitoring and responding to incoming enquiries via email or phone
  • General administration tasks to ensure the Welcome Team delivers the best client experience
  • Assisting property lawyers with administrative tasks to provide an effective and efficient conveyancing service to clients
  • Assisting the finance team with administrative tasks to ensure timely and accurate financial recording and processing
  • Assisting the marketing team with marketing activity and onboarding new estate agents and mortgage broker referral partners
  • Build engagement and maintain relationships with our referral partners
  • Deliver KPIs that provide excellent customer service and satisfaction

Requirements

All our teams work to exacting standards, and so we're looking for a friendly and diligent Customer Service Advisor with:

  • Previous sales / relationship management / customer service / administration experience
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Warm and personable communication skills
  • Strong affinity for digital technology
  • Keen eye for detail and an ability to prioritise effectively
