Engineering Improvement Manager

We are looking for an Engineering Improvement Manager to join our team for a period 12 months to drive our projects within our Engineering department.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the team to achieve our target levels for KPIs through the delivery of engineering improvement projects.

• Identify and deliver reliability improvement projects
• Drive engineering projects on the production lines
• Manage new product development projects

Requirements

You will have significant experience in a similar role within Manufacturing, FMCG experience would be beneficial. You must be a Project Manager with expert knowledge of project management methodologies.

This position is a fixed term 12 month contract, working Monday - Friday, based at our Ochils site in Perthshire, Scotland 5 days a week.
