JOB TITLE: Security Officer CCTV Controller

REPORTING TO: Security Team Leader

LOCATION: Grand Arcade Shopping Centre, Cambridge, CB2 3BJ

CONTRACT: Permanent

HOURS: Full time

SHIFT PATTERN: 4 nights on 4 nights off or 4 days on and 4 days off. We are looking for people with flexible approach and weekend availability.

PAY RATE: 12.50 per hour

ROLE OVERVIEW AND PURPOSE

We are delighted to be able to offer a Security Officer role at Grand Arcade Shopping Centre.

Security Officer will ensure exemplary standards of Security and Customer Service are always provided to the client and visitors to the site. The role will be the public face of the Security Team and should always act with professionalism.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Gladly interact with all visitors/tenants within the shopping centre, delivering first class customer focused service
• Carry out regular patrols of the shopping centre as detailed in the site Assignment Instructions, being always proactive
• Continuously look for opportunities to be of assistance to visitors at the shopping centre, proactively helping wherever opportunities arise
• Safeguarding all the sites are safe and non-threatening environment for all visitors/tenants

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Be professional, pleasant, friendly, courteous, and helpful always whilst carry out duties to the highest standard
• Able to stay motivated to achieve a high aim

Essential

• SIA DS or CCTV licence
