What you'll be doing...
The Finance Director B2B is a key senior finance position, reporting into the Group Commercial Finance Director with a strong dotted line to the CEO of the B2B business and B2B Sale leads. The Finance Director B2B is responsible for the financial stewardship and financial management of the B2B Division and will have a detailed understanding of the areas of the business, supporting decision making, creating and maintaining a robust control environment, planning, forecasting and creating insight to better understand the risks and opportunities, key business and sparring partner to the B2B CEO.
The Finance Director is the lead commercial business partner to the operational functions in the business as well as a key link between the finance department and the business.
The Finance Director is a senior leader driving and supporting continuing process improvement and best practice within both the Commercial Finance team and the wider finance function, responsible for managing a team of management accountants and commercial finance business partners.

The expected range for this role is 85,000 - 115,000, depending on experience.
