We are looking for a Social Media amp; Commerce Associate to join our Karo office in Maidenhead to help grow our sales and social presence on TikTok shop, and other social commerce platforms including the social influencer outreach and management.
Responsibilities:
- Create and execute social media campaigns, including content planning, scheduling, and community engagement, across various platforms
- Manage and grow social media accounts by increasing followers, engagement, and brand awareness
- Monitor social media trends, user feedback, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and optimize social media strategies
- Develop and maintain relationships with influencers, bloggers, and media partners for brand collaborations and content opportunities
- Support e-commerce activities by coordinating product launches, online promotions, and customer engagement initiatives
- Analyze and report on social media and PR performance using relevant metrics and tools
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media, PR, and e-commerce
Requirements
- Bachelors’ degree in digital marketing, communication or relevant field
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of TikTok shop and solid understanding of the platform
- Experience with influencer management and outreach
- Experience in content creation and video editing
- Ability to meet targets and work with key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive, driven approach to work
- Fluent in English, any additional language is a plus
- Experience or passionate about Vitamins, Minerals amp; Supplements and/or Beauty amp; Personal Care categories is a plus
