ABOUT THE ROLE:

Our Product Team is responsible for ensuring we are managing and creating the right products in a way that is customer and data lead.

In this 10-month placement as a Product Data Analyst Intern, you'll be at the forefront of deciphering customer behaviours and assessing the impact of our team's strategies. Your main focus will be to identify opportunities for future developments, presenting clear business justifications backed by data insights.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Develop Product KPIs and data insights in collaboration with Commercial, Data, and IT teams
  • Work closely with the Digital Product Growth, Commercial and Data teams to enhance our data capabilities and advocate for both qualitative and quantitative data usage within the Product team
  • Assist in reporting essential insights and the impact of initiatives and experiments
  • Conduct in-depth reviews of customer behaviour and pinpoint opportunities in the product lifecycle
  • Conduct digital customer behaviour analysis
  • Generate regular reports, create insightful dashboards, and provide contextual commentary to aid business understanding of performance and trends
  • Support the analysis of external data sources and disseminate findings across the business
  • Construct compelling business justifications for various initiatives using data
  • Collaborate on reporting the performance of AB testing alongside the CRO/Content team
  • Forge strong partnerships with various teams including Commercial, UX, IT, Ops, and Data

Salary: 26,500
Interview dates: April 2024
Placement dates: Monday 9th September 2024 to Friday 27th June 2025

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

To apply for this role, you will need:

  • To be eligible to work in the UK
  • To be over 18 years old as of 1st September 2024
  • To be a 2nd year student in a full-time undergraduate degree with an industry placement year, in a subject relevant to this role
  • To have achieved a minimum of 104 UCAS points at A-level (grades BCC) or an equivalent (e.g., BTEC DMM) qualification
  • Maths and English GCSE (or equivalent) grades A* to C (new grades 9 to 4)
  • Familiarity with tools such as SQL, Snowflake, Power BI, Usabilla, Google Analytics, and Hotjar (desirable)
