ABOUT THE ROLE:
All financial services organisations must meet a wide range of compliance and risk requirements set out in legislation and various regulatory requirements. As a regulated financial services business, ii complies with a wide range of regulatory requirements and has clear processes to manage the risks we face. The Trainee Compliance amp; Risk Analyst will join the ii Compliance amp; Risk Function and support delivery of its key annual objectives. You will work closely with the team, interpreting and analysing data, advising the business, maintaining records and monitoring and oversight of adherence to compliance requirements.
This entry-level role will require sound ethical standards, together with good communication and influencing skills as there can be differences of opinion between business and the Risk and Compliance Function on appropriate action to take. Working across the Compliance amp; Risk Function, you will source and review information, assess risks to ii, and support the business to address risks and agree mitigating actions to ensure ongoing compliance.

ABOUT THE APPRENTICESHIP:
As a Trainee Compliance amp; Risk Analyst, you will develop the technical knowledge plus the professional skills and behaviours to work within our Compliance function, gaining valuable work experience plus achieving a qualification through a structured apprenticeship programme to kick-start your career.
Through the level 3 Compliance/Risk Officer apprenticeship, you will learn the skills required to ensure the business meets legislative and regulatory requirements. The training will be provided by Fitch Learning, who will deliver the apprenticeship. Within your development program, you will learn and grow technical knowledge in the following areas:
