This unique and sustainable product has a far-reaching application and as such the company are looking to recruit an experienced Business Development Manager who has ideally sold flooring within the automotive, aerospace and manufacturing industries which will add to the companies growing client portfolio. In return the company are looking to pay a competitive negotiable salary including excellent benefits and monthly bonuses.
[ The role ]
- Hunting out and securing new customers in a very opportune market
- Responsible for growing sales in your given sector UK wide
- Contacting and growing new and existing customers by telephone and face to face
- Dealing with customer orders
- Visiting customers to help get specification of orders, negotiate on pricing and sign up with service delivery promises
- Ability to generate own leads based on industry/market knowledge
- Work with marketing to ensure that material is being advertised to the appropriate audiences
Requirements
- Previous business development experience in Industrial sectors (Aerospace, Automotive or Engineering)
- Passion and hunger to win new business
- Consultative sales person to find the right solution for the customer
- Extremely customer centric
- Ability to think outside the box to provide bespoke solutions
- Proven track record of success within a sales environment
