The Product Developer plays a role in the build and delivery of remarkable products, they will champion software quality and technical vision for AND and our clients, work on large-scale projects and help junior and mid developers grow in their roles.

Requirements
What you’ll bring to the table:
- In-depth comprehension of software development principles, encompassing a diverse array of tools, frameworks, and stack components within a commercial environment.
- Proven commercial experience as a full-stack developer, working with React, Node.JS, JavaScript, Typescript etc. Experience with modern frameworks and libraries would be great.
- Demonstrate a readiness to embrace new tools, frameworks, and methodologies. Enthusiastically approach challenges with a growth mindset, consistently expanding skill sets and remaining receptive to emerging industry trends.
- A track record of upskilling or re-skilling. We want to use the right tool for the job when working with our clients and this means we’re always open to picking up new tools amp; technologies.
- Writing simple and extendable code following standards and best practices, and testing code thoroughly
- Participating in the code review process, design discussions, team planning, and ticket reviews
- Working in cross-functional and cross-initiative teams in an Agile environment
- Solid knowledge of web technologies and architecture
- Help plan, implement, and release new features
- Troubleshoot existing software
- Analyse, gather, and aggregate data to support decisions, both technical and non-technical

- Object-Oriented Programming experience (OOP)
- Cloud platform exposure (AWS, GCP, Azure)
