Due to continued growth, we are looking for an multiple experienced RAN Performance amp; Optimisation Engineer who is comfortable with working alongside our clients to achieve their business goals. Requirements
- Minimum of 10+ years in a network engineering role, Technical SME for RAN Performance amp; Optimisation
- Strong understanding of 5G/4G technologies, RAN standards, and protocols.
- Strong RAN knowledge across all technologies with a Performance amp; Optimisation background • Experience with tools such as Atoll, XCAL/XCAP, GIS
- Experience with data analysis and associated tools (R, Python, SQL, Excel).
- Excellent troubleshooting skills, especially concerning RAN components.
- Proficiency with security protocols, VPNs, and firewall configuration for networks.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
