What you'll be doing
- Successfully lead pre-sales projects to showcase Hooks platform capabilities to potential clients
- Tailor platform implementations to meet the unique needs of each client, ensuring maximum value and satisfaction
- Develop efficient onboarding processes that facilitate smooth transitions for new clients onto our platform
- Create comprehensive enablement strategies to empower clients in utilising Hook's features effectively
- Meet tight implementation timelines, delivering results within the specified 28-day period consistently
- Offer expert advice on leveraging Hook features for tasks such as renewal forecasting, time management, and process automation
- Work closely with the engineering team to analyse customer datasets and identify potential issues
- Propose innovative solutions to address customer challenges, ensuring timely delivery within the pre-onboarding phase
- Consolidate feedback and collaborate with the product team to prioritise feature development and improvements
Requirements
Who we are looking for:
- Essential: Strong experience using SQL for complex queries
- Data consulting experience or a customer-facing role in a data-led company
- Interested in data, AI, machine learning and Cloud software models
- Ability to manage multiple customers and projects simultaneously
- A good eye for detail - you will be working on complex datasets so it’s important that you can plan your work effectively and drill into the details

60k - 75k base salary (depending on experience)
