We’re looking for a strong operator and creative who can deliver on a ambitious marketing events strategy for 2024. The role is primarily based in London, and you’ll be required to be in the office fairly regularly and on the ground for events around the UK. As a B2B-focused company, our UK marketing team is focused on engaging clients and prospects in the NHS and UK healthcare systems.
What you’ll do
- Project management of events, including: venue selection, contract negotiation, speakers, invitees, logistics, AV amp; webinar setup, registration, swag requests, etc.
- Work closely with the sales and sales development teams on pre-event communications and event lead follow-up
- Prepare and comply with event budgets
- Solicit internal and external feedback and manage post-event program evaluations to ensure learnings, results, ROI, and areas for improvement are effectively capture
Requirements
Skills and Experience: What you bring
Essential
- 3+ years experience in an event marketing role in a fast-paced environment
- You are familiar with CRM and Marketing Automation platforms like Hubspot
- You know how to use Notion, and use it to organise projects
- You are ‘client safe’ and are comfortable representing the company in person interactions with our clients and prospects
- You are comfortable negotiating and have strong commercial awareness
- You are creative and can create amazing experiences
