Are you ready to be the backbone of our customer service success story? We're on the lookout for an Administrator to join our team in York and provide indispensable support to our Account Managers.

Requirements

What will you be doing?

Be the Account Managers' Right Hand: Dive into the action by helping our Account Managers maintain customer accounts, ensuring smooth sailing for our clients

Master of Communication: Handle client communications with finesse, responding promptly, professionally to enquiries and keeping the wheels turning smoothly and completing some logistical requests

Teamwork Makes the Dream Work: Work closely with internal teams to tackle customer requests and troubleshoot any issues that arise, ensuring our clients receive top-notch service every time

Keep Things Shipshape: Maintain meticulous records of client interactions and transactions, ensuring nothing slips through the net

Presentation Pro: Assist in the creation of reports and presentations for client meetings, helping to showcase our stellar service

Spotting Opportunities: Collaborate with our sales team to spot potential areas for account growth, ensuring our clients are always getting the best we have to offer

What do you need?

Admin Superstar: Previous experience in an administrative or customer support role is a must

Communication Guru: Stellar communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role

Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is a given

Organisation Specialist: Exceptional organisational and time-management skills are key to staying on top of tasks

Juggling Expert: Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment

Bonus Points: Experience with a system called "AsbestosTEAMS" would be a fantastic addition to your skill set
