Working arrangements: This role will complete the first 6 weeks from our office, following this the team spend at least 2 days a week in the office. This role works Monday - Friday 9:00 - 17:30.

We are hiring for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Operations Team. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, from day one, you will focus on supporting our hiring needs for a variety of different areas as we continue to execute on our ambitious growth plans throughout 2024. This role will initially focus and own recruitment across Financial Crime, including Fraud (Investigations amp; Prevention), Customer amp; Enhanced Due Diligence, Claims, AML amp; CTF and our Strategy amp; Change functions. This role will support recruitment needs across the Operations Team as required (including volume teams such as Customer Service and Onboarding).
