You’ll sit on our Executive Committee and report to Ken, our CEO, to bring your technology understanding and commerciality to all our business decisions. You’ll develop and execute a tech strategy to help us better serve and support more clients than ever before.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead the implementation of our technology strategy and roadmap to align with the firm's long-term objectives.
- Drive technology innovation to support our commercial growth while maintaining operational excellence.
- Oversee the Tech department (IT and Development) ensuring optimal performance, security, and privacy of the company's data and systems.
- Accountable for managing relationships with outsourced providers, ensuring high-quality user support and maximum business benefit.
- Champion data-driven initiatives, working closely with the Business Intelligence team to drive real-time insights and governance of data.
Requirements

Headquartered in Leeds with the expectation that the role will be hybrid, but require in person at least 1-day per week in either Leeds, Harrogate or London.
