Job Description

The ideal candidate will work collaboratively alongside a broad range of stakeholders, technical and non-technical, internal and external to KINTO UK, to successfully manage the end-to-end implementation of Projects of varying scale, risk and complexity, adhering to Corporate, Security and Regulatory frameworks and standards.

Requirements

  • To manage assigned projects across the delivery lifecycle from Approval through to Warranty and BAU handover
  • Create and maintain high quality Project Documentation, including Plans, Status Reports, Budget trackers, Risk/Issues logs and appropriate meeting / workshop minutes, ensuring that appropriate, Auditable evidence is created
  • Ensure delivery meets all required Corporate and Regulatory standards
  • Ensure all Information Security needs are fully assessed and met by the Project
  • Support the ongoing development of the PMO within KINTO and associated process improvement and promote Project Management good practice across the organization
  • Ensure all Stakeholders are identified and their roles are clearly understood and agreed
  • Agree timescales and costs with all relevant stakeholders and adopt a robust approach to Budget Management
  • Work closely with the Testing/QA Team, ensuring an appropriate Test approach is developed and executed
  • Hold regular project meetings with all stakeholders and project members to ensure they are aware of project status, issues, risks, tasks status and achievements.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Significant Project Management experience gained within a recognized Corporate environment
  • Extensive full project life cycle experience from small initiatives (lt;20 days effort) up to at least medium scale (gt;250 days)stakeholders across the IT and Business communities
  • Demonstrable experience of working with product teams utilising a hybrid delivery model incorporating Agile and Waterfall components
  • Awareness of Information Security/Cyber Security
  • Good experience of facilitating workshops and working with both Vendor and Internal stakeholders
  • Good understanding of Service Transition principles and experience of working with a range of Business Stakeholders to create and validate new BAU/Operational Processes
  • Experience of managed Test programmes including Regression and UAT
  • Experience of working in a small Company environment (c200 employees) - lean organisations with some limited process maturity levels
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Tools in including Word, PowerPoint and Project
