As an Ecommerce Assistant, you will play a crucial role in the success of our company. You will work closely with various teams to ensure the smooth running of our ecommerce operations. This includes managing product listings, coordinating with external partners, and optimizing the online shopping experience for our customers.

Our tech team is currently in the middle of a re-platforming project and as brands move from using one tech stack to another, we need people to support the setup and rollout on the websites and apps to ensure the migration is as smooth as possible. This role will be supporting three big brands as they make the change and essentially becoming an SME in front-end content, eCommerce, and tech support management.

• Setting up banners, category menus, site content, discount codes and more for the website and mobile app of three of our biggest brands.
• Supporting the visual merchandising of the site/app and becoming an SME in our new VM tool.
• Working with SEO team to ensure product descriptions and category pages are well optimised.
• Supporting the tech team and business stakeholders with the rollout and general site/app setup.
• Raising any issues/risks to the project manager.
• Learning everything there is to know about site/app setup and management and transferring knowledge between brands, enabling smooth rollouts each time. Our tech is all managed in-house, allowing you to grow and learn on the role in no time.
• Monitoring changes in production, to ensure everything is working as it should.

Requirements

• The ability to multi-task and learn things on the job is key.
• Candidates must be responsive to business changes/needs and have experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Ecommerce tech experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Eye for detail.
• Team player.
• Dynamic and adaptable.
