Job Description

You will be a senior point of contact in the Affiliate team managing the most key territories amp; partner types, reporting into the Affiliate Manager, to execute a best in class affiliate marketing channel across multiple partner types amp; territories.

On the e-commerce side of things, we drive traffic to our online stores and generate sales through affiliate marketing, paid media, CRM and SEO. What you'll be doing

  • Manage direct relationships with key affiliate partners amp; manage required level of service from affiliate network to ensure up to standard as per out agreement
  • Support Affiliate Manager with execution of key strategic projects amp; initiatives to grow the channel amp; achieve business goals
  • Research and source new affiliate opportunities and partners, working with the network on ongoing recruitment amp; gap analysis
  • Deliver weekly progress reports back to the business written and in meetings
  • Work to budget set by the Affiliate Manager to ensure maximising budget within ROI targets and presenting back additional opportunities for consideration
  • Ensure affiliates are kept up to date with the new products, latest company news and promotions
  • Maintain an up to date affiliate campaign calendar, detailing affiliate promotions
  • Maintain ownership of the sales validation process, ensuring affiliate orders are being approved/declined in a timely manner
  • Communicate industry trends to the Affiliate Team and the rest of the Marketing team attending industry events amp; webinars to keep up to date with happenings and maintaining industry relationships
  • Wider partnership management amp; support where required across off-network partner types such as gift cards, refer-a-friend, buy now pay later media amp; ancillary revenue partners.

More about you

  • Experience with affiliate marketing, ideally within the fashion industry
  • Strong knowledge of affiliate platforms, partners and programmes
  • Good working knowledge of major analytics programmes
  • Understanding of other online paid channels amp; how affiliate fits into the mix
  • Strong communication skills including reporting, presenting, and training junior members as needed
  • Strong Excel and numerical skills
  • Strong negotiation, analytical and implementation skills
