ARNE is a direct to consumer, apparel and footwear brand/retailer based in Birchwood Park near Warrington, UK. We design and develop our products in the UK, manufacture in the near amp; far east and then ship directly to our customers, with ARNECLO.com ecommerce store as our only sales channel.
We have ambitious objectives over the next decade with the team believing all targets are achievable through new product category launches in shoes and womenswear alongside the creation of paid media, CRM activity and further international growth to amplify the great product / brand assets we have already created.
Reporting to one of our Night Time Shift Leads, you’ll be joining our newly formed night shift pattern within our operations Team, responsible for various Warehouse processes, including dispatch, inbound, and stock control
Requirements
- Able to complete various Warehouse processes including, (but not limited to);
- Picking and packing customer orders.
- Processing inbound stock and replenishment activities.
- Following all stock control processes and procedures.
- Processing stock in an accurate, timely manner using the appropriate methods and systems.
- Ensuring returned items are processed efficiently checking for damage or missing items.
- The ability to hit various KPI targets set by your Management Team.
- Confident with lifting, bending, twisting, and standing for 8 hours plus a day.
- Communicating with the Warehouse Management Team to ensure the shift runs to a high standard.
- Always consider Health and Safety to ensure all Colleagues are working in a safe environment.
- Ensuring work areas are well organised, clean, and tidy, maintaining all Warehouse operational standards.
- Any other ad hoc duties as required.
Essential Experience and Skills.
- Previous experience working within a fast paced Warehouse environment preferable.
- Working as part of a busy team.
- Experience using a Forklift/Reach Truck would be desirable (ARNE can provide this training Colleagues who have a willingness to learn).
- Motivated, driven to achieve great work and hit KPI’s.
- Able to work independently, and as a wider Team.
- Proactive approach to work load, with a keen eagerness to learn.
- Strong communication skills.
- Able to follow instructions with systematic eye for detail.
Your Work Details.
- Working 18.5 hours, Saturday, and Sunday, between the hours of 6pm and 4am.
- You will be on your feet throughout the day, getting your steps in walking and lifting our clothing items.
