Network Administrator

Herigulf Oil and Gas plc is a multidiscipline oil & gas and civil engineering company serving the energy sector. With a focus on onshore and offshore operations, we are committed to establishing a high-quality, sustainable business in the UK Continental Shelf (UKCS). As part of our ambitious growth plans, we are seeking a motivated Network Administrator with at least 1 year of experience to join our team in Abbey Wood.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor, maintain, and manage our network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot network issues and provide timely support to users.
- Implement security protocols to protect sensitive data and prevent unauthorized access.
- Collaborate with IT team members to enhance systems and technologies.
- Document network configurations and updates, providing training as needed.
- Assist in the planning and implementation of network upgrades and expansions.

**Required Skills**:
- Proficient in network protocols and routing/switching.
- Experience with firewalls, VPNs, and network security.
- Familiarity with Windows and Linux server environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
