What you’ll be doing

Talibre is seeking an accounting professional to support accurate financial administration and reporting for a commercial finance environment in London.

Responsibilities

Process and maintain accounting records, invoices, payments and reconciliations.
Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger activities.
Prepare supporting schedules and periodic financial reports.
Investigate discrepancies and resolve routine accounting queries promptly.
Maintain organised documentation and support audit and compliance requirements.
Collaborate with recruitment and commercial teams to ensure accurate financial information.

What we’re looking for

Practical knowledge of bookkeeping and core accounting procedures.
Experience with invoice processing, ledger maintenance, reconciliations and payment records.
Ability to prepare accurate spreadsheets, schedules and routine financial reports.
Competence with Microsoft Excel, including formulas, sorting, filtering and data validation.
Ability to identify discrepancies, investigate causes and follow issues through to resolution.
Understanding of confidentiality, financial controls and organised record keeping.
Clear written and verbal communication with colleagues and external stakeholders.
Strong time management and ability to prioritise recurring deadlines.
