What you’ll be doing
MAMADE Ltd., the company behind the MaberLondon handbag brand, is seeking an Outreach and Social Media Manager to strengthen relationships with independent boutiques, fashion stores, concept stores, gift shops, and lifestyle retailers across the UK and Europe. The role combines structured B2B outreach, social media management, content coordination, and AI-assisted workflows in a small, hands-on business.
The successful candidate will help expand brand visibility, identify relevant retail prospects, and support long-term customer relationships while communicating the practical and stylish value of MaberLondon handbags and reliable EU/UK fulfilment.

- Research and build targeted lists of suitable retail prospects and business contacts.
- Plan and execute professional outreach campaigns through approved digital channels.
- Manage and maintain social media calendars, posts, captions, and engagement activities.
- Coordinate product-focused content that reflects the brand’s visual identity and wholesale offering.
- Track outreach activity, responses, social performance, and follow-up actions in organised records.
- Use AI-assisted tools responsibly to improve research, drafting, content production, and workflow efficiency.
What we’re looking for
- Practical experience in B2B outreach including email and telemarketing, social media management, digital marketing, and lead generation.
- Strong written English with the ability to create concise, professional, and engaging business communications.
- Experience researching prospects and segmenting audiences such as boutiques, fashion retailers, and lifestyle stores.
- Confidence planning social content, writing captions, coordinating visuals, and monitoring engagement.
- Strong organisation, follow-up discipline, and accurate record keeping.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, spreadsheets, CRM or outreach tools, and content scheduling systems.
- Ability to use AI tools thoughtfully while reviewing all outputs for accuracy, tone, and brand consistency.
- Commercial awareness, initiative, reliability, and a relationship-focused approach.
