Job Description
As one of our Process Engineers, you'll work closely with the client's technical and operations staff to gather and assess existing energy savings ideas, and find and develop new ones. The best ideas are taken forward using a variety of techniques such as energy technical models, process simulation, test runs and optimisation studies, and are judged on their economic viability.
You'll define, propose and discuss implementation options with the client, and lead or execute implementation and supporting activities including documentation, review discussions, and operator training.
Job Specification
With a mechanical or chemical engineering qualification, you'll have proven experience in the hydrocarbon, metal, and/or pulp and paper industry. Your main drive will be to establish and verify energy savings ideas at the client's site and to subsequently develop, realise and manage these ideas until they are implemented.
