Job Description

Part of the certification team is to ensure the review and decision process is accurately and effectively executed in line with defined procedures enabling delivery of client certificates promptly

You must be able to be remain informed of certification, accreditation and regulatory requirements. and provide a rapid responsive service to both internal and external clients ensuring customer satisfaction as a high order of priority.

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities

An academic or technical qualification such as degree/HNC/HND.

Qualifications and/or equivalent industry experience within quality assurance in the required industry sector.

Organised, efficient and methodical in approach, with high attention to detail.

Demonstrated high level interpersonal skills with the proven ability to communicate and influence effectively at all levels.

Comprehensive understanding of assessment techniques, preferably with experience as a lead assessor.

General knowledge of business principles and operating practices (commercial awareness).

Proven experience in Quality Assurance in at least one and preferably more than one industry sector.

Job Title: Certification Manager

Location: Can be based out of either, Loughborough, Milton Keynes or Hemel Hempstead

Salary: Up to £30k basic depending on experience

We now have an opportunity for Certification Manager to work in our Technical team to provide third party certification review and decision prior to certificate issue in line with BSI policies and procedures.
