Job Title: Business Operations Specialist

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Business Operations Specialist to work in our CSIR (Cyber Security & Information Resilience) Operations team.
About the Role
The purpose of this role is to ensure the efficient and effective management of Consultant schedules, ensuring client projects are delivered with the most appropriately skilled consultant, in the most cost-effective manner, delivering a top-quality service to our clients.
Reporting to the CSIR EMEA Operations Manager, the Business Operations Specialist will be a part of a direct team of Operations specialists whilst also working closely with and being a part of the extended Global CSIR Operations team.
Key Responsibilities of the role:
Tracking and planning client engagement schedules
Tracking, Planning & Scheduling all Training courses for CSIR, including managing course requirements and follow ups
Maintaining the project schedule that details which consultants(s) are assigned to which projects
Working with our clients to ensure that the necessary information is provided in preparation for upcoming assessments.
Updating Harmony and /or relevant drive with all relevant information in relation to the project from end to end
Scheduling assignments and providing required information to consultants
Ensuring that assessment reports go through a thorough QA process
Acting as the key point of contact for clients
Organizing and arranging kick of calls and other required conference calls
Project co-ordination from inception through completion
Liaising and providing a point of contact between BSI and their clients
Provision of and ensuring excellent client engagement
Supporting production of data and reports
Ensuing our services are delivered in a client-centric manner
Working closely with Finance for invoicing
Run reports and gather data as required
Other related reporting
Travel may be required on an as needed basis in alignment with job duties

You will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. You will have great organisational skills, strong communication skills and be proficient in reporting. You’ll have a keen eye for detail, with the ability to work with a variety of stakeholders.
