Position Summary
This role will form a key part in ensuring the efficient operational management of the DA SCM function. You will be responsible for the end to end supply chain process. A core part of the role will be working with the sales team and customers to ensure accurate planning and forecasting is in place and that we run the function efficiently within established collaborative processes. In addition you will be responsible for managing key activities; such as new product launches, end of life management and ensuring correct WOS management and sell out planning whilst adhering to agreed KPI's.

Account dedicated management
Demand/order management
Performance management versus targets within responsible accounts such as forecast accuracy/inventory levels
Monitor inbound operation in relation to planned outbound deliveries
Operational management ensuring customer booking and delivery alignment
What will be your key responsibilities?
Direct lead responsible for daily customer interactions
Customer focused role therefore will be required to develop and maintain good customer relationships
Lead weekly SCM process to ensure efficient delivery of joint business plan within mutual KPI framework
Discuss sell out and future demand with customers/commercial teams and update onto internal systems
Analyze data and articulate clear trends and implications
Suggest future intake proposal for responsible accounts based on PSI analysis
Manual order entry and secure customer booking slots
Order book management. Maintain the required delivery dates of all sales orders in line with stock availability and confirmed customer bookings
Manage weekly sales achievement rate by ensuring that the short term forecast is in line with confirmed customer orders/bookings
Work closely with finance team with regards to credit control/limitation, billing/invoice queries, etc.
Work closely with logistics company to co-ordinate inbound to ensure you maximize on time and in full deliveries
Communicate any delays with shipments to the key stake holders and ensure minimum impact to the customer
Manage delivery process ensuring that the best supply chain solutions are achieved in order to minimize customer delivery failures
Update key stake holders with sales progress and estimation based on confirmed customer orders and bookings escalating any production issues to the business
Maximize cost efficiency by increasing direct delivery ratio
Lead Supply Chain meetings/business reviews with collaborative partners in order to build up strategic relationships
Liaise with HQ with regards to product availability, production capacity (SOP), shortages & recovery, new SKU code set ups, etc.
Review the internal processes and practices & make recommendations for improving the efficiency of the supply chain function. Project manage these recommendations through to implementation stage
In addition to the duties and responsibilities outlined you may be required to perform other duties assigned and requested by the line manager, for example, project management
