Location: This role will involve working from home with a couple of visits per week into the offices based in Longford/ London, United Kingdom when the situation allows. We are looking for candidates who live within an easy reach of this location.

We are recruiting for an HR Business Partner to be an expert on HR processes, programs and payroll as well as consult on and execute HR activities to meet localised business requirements.
What are my responsibilities?
Guiding managers on company people management policies and practices in the area of compensation & benefits, employee development, mutual feedback, performance management, succession planning and management of talent potentials
Consulting managers on day-to-day basis and providing feedback on their people management strategies and practices
Process and manage payroll to ensure all payroll transactions are processed efficiently
Maintain employee and organizational data in SAP and the HR systems, customize infotypes, create test documentations and prepare payroll transactions
Provide internal training to the team and/or employees for normal updates of the HR system
Administer compensation, pensions and benefit plans
Manage recruitment and talent acquisition including creating job postings; sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, reference checking and new hire orientation
Conduct employee onboarding, organize training & development initiatives and undertake tasks around performance management
Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
Contributing to HR strategy creation and implementation by bringing practical inputs and ideas for innovations to increase value of HR services and fulfil the business needs
Gather, analyse and report data with useful HR metrics and reporting data on regular and ad hoc basis to support the discussions with the business
