We are looking for an Assistant Account Executive to join the growing team. The candidate will be part of our specialised team of financial communications practitioners, gaining broad exposure toclient and account teams,and supporting on all core account tasks, including research and analysis, issues and media monitoring, client collateral and document development, execution of social media and digital strategies, and media relations and outreach.

- Delivering research on a range of companies and issues using the tools within the business (Bloomberg Terminal, Factiva,EikonandRoxhill)
- Supporting account teams withthe delivery ofmedia monitoring and evaluation reports
- Helping account teams managecompanies’financial resultsand investordays,including supporting with the logistics of virtual presentations and press engagement
- Supporting the day-to-day administration of accounts,including regular client reporting, managing media lists and tracking activity
- Staying abreast of financial, economic and company news
- Supporting teams in the developmentofnew business proposals
- Developing briefing notesfor clients and the senior team
- Tracking opportunities for clientssuch as editorial,eventand awardcalendars
- Writing press releases and commentary on behalf of clients
- An interest in thebusinessmedia and how companies communicate with their stakeholders
- Ability to think critically and demonstrate good judgment
- Strong research and analysis capabilities
- Good interpersonal and communication skillsand a desire to work as part of a team
- Excellent writing abilities
- Organised and detail-oriented
- The ability to manage andprioritisemultipletasksanddeliverwork to deadlines
