The mission for this role
The role of People amp; Development Partner is to continuously improve the ways in which Attest is able to support, develop and manage its people. You’ll partner with all teams across the business to understand current ways of working, identify opportunities and play a critical role in facilitating the overall growth and success of our people and ultimately, the business.
As a People amp; Development Partner to all teams, this role is broad and will encompass learning and development, inclusion and belonging, overseeing onboarding and induction programmes, managing and interpreting performance, change management, people operations and driving excellence across our management level. You’ll recognise and drive a strong culture of belonging and work to maintain this as we continue to grow our teams.We’re a product-led business and in many ways you’ll mirror that in how you work with teams; looking to continuously improve how the People team interacts with and supports the business. You will understand that having robust yet agile frameworks for People Operations ultimately drives commercial success.
Here’s what you’ll focus on
gt; Work with managers and leaders to accelerate manager capability whilst acting as a trusted partner on the full spectrum of People activitygt; Identify development needs and manage performance challenges at both individual and team level, working with the VP Talent and VP Operations to develop growth programmes that support broad organisational improvementgt; Expand and maintain Attest’s onboarding programme, optimising for both fast impact and exceptional employee experiencegt; Oversee our Career Growth programmes, identifying opportunities for improvements and enhancing the overall impact of our bi-annual review cyclegt; Ensure all People programmes and approaches are inherently inclusive and foster a strong community of belonginggt; Take ownership of employee relations matters, ensuring that managers are supported across team-level change and with individual challengesgt; Partner closely with the Central Operations teams on cross-functional projects and programmes that support our peoplegt; Manage Attest’s international mobility programme, working with external vendors and partners and providing guidance to managers and employees throughout the relocation processgt; Work with the VP Talent to maintain, review and iterate compensation benchmarking and reward frameworksgt; Support the VP Operations and VP Talent with MI reporting including Inclusion amp; Belonging analyticsAbout your background
