The mission for this role is to
Channel your excitement and belief in the Attest product and Vision to create value and delight for our customers.
Your role is to empower the customer to carry out valuable research on our platform, by being a trusted advisor on both the product and consumer research. We organise our Customer Expertise team into ‘pods’, and you will work with your Pod Leader and the Customer Success Management (CSM) team to develop strategic relationships with clients in order for them to experience repeated value using Attest throughout their business.
Your focus will be to
gt; Work with the CSM team on designated customers across various verticals, developing strategic relationships and building an understanding of customers’needs.gt; Build an in-depth knowledge of Attest's product, role modelling exceptional customer guidancegt; Use your knowledge to advise customers on best practice in online consumer research within the Attest platform.gt; Work closely with customers on their research projects from advising on survey design to talking through results.gt; Inspire customers to see Attest as an invaluable tool to use in their day to day activity, empowering them to use Attest more broadly throughout their business.gt; Pay close attention to customer interactions and outputs and look for ways to improve and optimise the experience of our customers.gt; Design and produce consumer research training sessions for customers to enhance both their knowledge and experience with Attest.gt; Work with other teams across Attest to provide insight, input and guidance on, amongst other things, product development and marketing content.We’d love to hear from you if
