Position Summary
We are recruiting for an eCommerce Content Manager on an ongoing temporary contract.
As the eCommerce Content Manager, you'll be responsible for creating product content optimised for Samsung and retail partners’ ecommerce channels. You'll play a leading role in planning and creating aspirational content that provides product information and benefit.
Role and Responsibilities
What will be your key deliverables/responsibilities?
Devise yearly content strategy and plan for both internal and external eCommerce channels.
Guiding and managing our agency to build engaging and aspirational content that can deliver product benefit and information.
Work closely with Brand, Product and Digital team to devise eCommerce content strategy and yearly content calendar.
Partner with subsidiaries in Europe for content localisation and roll out.
Proactively identify areas to improve and identify gaps and opportunities to outstanding content.
Build strong internal working relationships and influence relevant internal partners.
Your day-to-day will include writing project briefs, sharing feedback to our agency, communicating with subsidiaries and relevant stakeholders and handling the timeline and performance of the project.
Bring new and innovative content ideas to improve content quality and increase conversion.
Job Specification
What do I need for this role?
Proven experience in digital marketing focused on digital-first content production or eCommerce environment
Experience in creating content at a large scale and have a deep understanding of what makes e-commerce content standout to our customers.
Strong balance of creative flair and project organisational skills
Data analytics skills and ability to interpret data to influence creative
Strong problem solving and diplomatic skills to work with many stakeholders, both internal and external
A positive and can-do attitude, calm and self-motivated.
Decisive and driven.
Passion for working collaboratively and working in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to speak multiple European languages is a plus but not essential.
