Position Summary
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a brand-new team within our European Office, and you'll play a key part in shaping its direction, so this role will require leadership and self-motivation. You'll be leading the Pan-European social media campaigns collaborating with colleagues across 15 European subsidiaries.
Role and Responsibilities
What will this role achieve?
As our Social Content Manager, you'll play a leading role in planning and launching social campaigns that target GenZ and Millennial audiences. A passion for content, creativity, flexibility, forward-thinking skills will be key for this role.
What will be your key deliverables/responsibilities?
Devise social content strategy and yearly content plan.
Lead all aspects of the A-Z of social content production; agency management, briefing, strategy, production, localisation, content roll out and performance analysis.
Build excellent internal working relationships and influence social teams in European subsidiaries.
Manage key partners in relevant teams.
Your day-to-day will include writing project briefs, providing feedback to the agency, communicating with subsidiaries and internal stakeholders, running the timeline and performance of the project.
Lead GenZ content creation task force team
What do I need for this role?
Proven experience in managing social media campaigns
Experience in implementing projects in multiple countries
Strong balance of creative flair and project organisational skills
Proficiency in social media platforms with knowledge of trends and social-first content creation
Strong problem solving and diplomatic skills to work with various stakeholders, both internal and external
A positive and can-do attitude, calm under pressure and self-motivated.
Decisive and driven.
Enthusiasm for working collaboratively and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Sense of humour.
Ability to speak multiple European languages is a plus but not essential.
Able to use initiative, ensure deadlines are efficiently met and work is consistently completed to a high-standard
