Job Description
As Director of People Experience, you will be critical to building amp; managing Noon’s culture by developing and implementing a framework for an overall People Strategy and also driving HR functional excellence. While being strategic support for the Leadership Team, you would also be expected to set up the right systems amp; processes to carry out any effective people related intervention.

Core Responsibilities
People Strategy
As part of the Leadership Team, you would be reporting directly to Mohammed and engage in the development of the People strategy derived from business strategy and our core values.
Ensures alignment between the People strategy, Noon’s mission, and the business strategy
Develop amp; identify appropriate People metrics across the organization which enables the leadership team to monitor the impact of People strategies. Develop a deep understanding of the business goals in order to align people strategies, programs and resources to achieve desired results.
Employee Experience amp; Talent Management
Partner with the talent acquisition team and hiring managers to ensure we’re attracting the best talent in the market that is right for our culture.
Develop, implement, and continuously improve people strategy focused on employee attraction, engagement, and development.
Driving the development and implementation of people strategy through various functional areas as Performance Management, Organization Development, Lamp;D, and Compensation amp; benefits
Development of People Policy, and related systems and practices, that support our culture, reflect our mission and values.
Lead the key People initiatives including culture and engagement, workplace experience, diversity amp; inclusion, internal communications, employer branding, people analytics.
Leadership Development
Working with, and through the Leadership Team, lead the development of our culture across the organization
Lead on and develop an employee communication strategy
Catalyzes faster decision making, managing change, taking risks, and innovating while navigating organizational politics and influencing others
Creates amp; fosters a coaching culture that supports professional and personal development
Listens to business leaders’ challenges and suggest relevant solutions
Integrates perspectives on cultural differences and their impact on Noon’s success
Requirements
12+ years of HR business partner or generalist experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Hold a relevant degree or equivalent practical experience with proof of HR-related qualifications and experience in best practice.
Has led the entire People team and orchestrated their growth in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
Has varied levels of experience amp; competence across all the verticals of Human resources namely Performance management, Talent management, Organization development, Lamp;D, etc.
Has worked closely with CXOs to effectively integrate People strategy into business strategy.
