With 10+ acquired companies in the last 5 years it’s a busy time for integration, from technology to sales, so we are looking for an experienced Go-To-Market Lead to drive these initiatives for the Mamp;A Integration group. The essence of the role

The Go-To-Market lead manages company-wide activities with a view on simplifying, automating and continuously improving the end-to-end customer and sales team experience during and after acquisitions. Your task will be to engage and motivate relevant stakeholders and teams cross-functionally such as customer support, sales, marketing and make sure sales teams are extremely happy when we do integrations. Basically you will help sales teams and the company grow make money! You will be the one connecting the dots to optimize the customer experience, leading up to our increased market cap and revenue growth. You will be managing many stakeholder groups with indirect authority and indirect resources. Mapping workflows, bringing people to the table, finding pragmatic solutions, creating new frameworks and processes to make our Go-to-Market strategy for acquisitions and integrations as powerful as possible.

As our new Go-To-Market lead you will:

  • Manage Go-to-Market company-wide activities with a view on simplifying, automating and continuously improving the end-to-end customer and sales team experience.
  • Engage and motivate relevant stakeholders, provide pragmatic recommendations and strategic advice.
  • Increase revenue growth.
  • Have an agile approach, identifying problems and finding solutions in the short- and medium-term, involving the right people at the right time.
  • Work with our live deals as well as past deals and ensure organizational readiness.

Requirements

In order to be successful in the role you are an experienced Go-To-Market specialist. You know the drivers of for Go-to-Market success. You have a global, problem-solver mentality and are familiar with the complexity of multiple invoicing systems, sales teams, contacts etc.You understand the blockers, perhaps from having a sales or sales-facing background. You enjoy working collaboratively and effectively with colleagues while handling multiple projects on various timelines in a fast-paced environment. You also have excellent communications skills, both verbal and written.You’re decisive and enjoy having fun at work, contributing to a great employee experience with a positive attitude! You’re a people person, organized, with ability to prioritize. You’re process driven, comfortable with change and have ability to invent things.

In order to contribute in this role you have:

  • Experience from strategic sales roles in Tech / Media / Telecom organizations.
  • Experienced with a wide range of strategic issues covering CRM, marketing, commercial sales enablement, possibly direct experience in Sales, Customer Support or Sales marketing.
  • A visionary approach to problem solving with a concrete output of clear and concise strategy.
  • A customer-centric and sales-hungry mindset
  • Proven experience working cross-functionally in Telecom, Media and Tech industries
  • Experience working internationally and in virtual teams
  • In-house and/or external consulting experience including senior management engagement and strategy work
  • University degree in relevant field
  • Microsoft Office, especially excel and ppt skills are necessary to perform in the role
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written

You’ll stand out from the crowd if you have:

  • Previous integration experience in go-to-market area on the acquiring or acquired end
  • Experience of sales or customer excellence transformation
  • A second language other than English.
