The essence of the role

The People Lead manages Mamp;A People Experience activities with a view on simplifying, automating and continuously improving the end-to-end general employee and key talent experience across deals. You’ll be the owner of employee satisfaction and end to end employee experience for integrations and connect the dots cross functionally over different teams that have impact on people experience through engaging and motivating relevant stakeholders.

As our new People Lead you will:

  • Put together people strategy in all regions and have ownership of end-to-end people experience
  • Engage and motivate relevant stakeholders, provide pragmatic recommendations and strategic advice.
  • Get close to the ideal version of onboarding teams and manage resource planning and templates.
  • Analyze gaps, identify necessary key skill sets and make sure there is a growth mindset. Formulate solutions to get there - ideally for quick wins and for laying the grounds for the future.
  • Definine what the organizations’ needs are and make propositions, bring people to the table and find pragmatic solutions, managing multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Work with our live deals as well as past deals and ensure organizational readiness.

Requirements

In order to be successful in the role you are an experienced People Experience specialist who knows the drivers for success. You have a global, problem-solver mentality and are familiar with the complexity of sharing responsibility with multiple groups and drive results while respecting the borders of responsibility. You find the right level of engagement and propose solutions that fit the needs at the given time in an agile way, prioritizing what can be done in the here and now but without losing sight of the medium term. You enjoy working collaboratively, handling multiple projects on various timelines in a fast-paced environment. You also have excellent communications skills, both verbal and written, you’re decisive and enjoy having fun at work, contributing to a great employee experience with a positive attitude! You’re a people person, organized, with ability to prioritize. You’re process driven, comfortable with change and have ability to invent things.

In order to contribute in this role you have:

  • Understanding of the people experience
  • A background within HR
  • Experience from Mamp;A Integration on the acquiring or the acquired side
  • Experience from working with different teams cross-functionally
  • Experience from facilitating and enabling decision making
  • Experience from developing frameworks, doing data analysis
  • Strong stakeholder engagement
  • Intelligence and creativity
  • A visionary approach to problem solving with a concrete output of clear and concise strategy.
  • Experience working internationally and in virtual teams
  • In-house and/or external consulting experience including senior management engagement and strategy work
  • University degree in relevant field
  • Microsoft Office, especially excel and ppt skills are necessary to perform in the role
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written

  • Experience with change management and / or people amp; culture transformation
  • Experience from HR-systems processes
  • A second language other than English.
