With 10+ acquired companies in the last 5 years it’s a busy time for integration, from technology to sales, so we are looking for an experienced global Integration Project Lead to drive these initiatives for the Mamp;A Integration group. The essence of the role

The Integration Project Lead will manage specific projects for live or past deal integrations, mainly of cross-functional, strategic nature. You will establish strong, pragmatic frameworks that can be optimized and reused across deals. You will pro-actively scope, define and propose approaches to solve key blockers, engaging relevant stakeholders and leading them to delivery of goals. You will escalate and pro-actively manage where needed, to ensure all obstacles to deals and integration goals are flagged and addressed in a timely manner to meet objectives and support business growth.

As our new Mamp;A Integration Project Manager you will:

  • Set up projects quickly, liaising with stakeholders to put together a plan, resourcing and sign-offs.
  • Turn it into a project structure and detailed project from there.
  • Work in an agile way across the board of integration initiatives, diving deep into details when needed, but without losing site of strategic goals when developing the perfect plan
  • Focus on progressing key areas and the critical path, sometimes in a context of uncertainty or with fluctuating teams or inputs
  • Order large amounts of information, summarize it, structure it so that it brings clarity to a broad group of impactful and often senior level stakeholders.
  • Have general project management and Integration Management Office responsibilities as the team develops.

Requirements

In order to be successful in the role you are an experienced Integration Project Manager, who loves high-stakes and fast pace. You’re dynamic and comfortable with not knowing what types of projects you’ll be working on; data centers, CRM, Human Resources, Sales etc. Your work will cut across all areas of a fast growing, global company.

You’re an agile person and project manager things here constantly change and you’re comfortable with re-prioritizing and an agenda and structure that’s sometimes changing weekly. You have a strategic mindset, you’re a problem-solver, curious, open-minded, delivery-focused and a clear communicator, who can also take instructions at times.

In order to contribute in this role you have/are:

  • In-house and/or external consulting experience including senior management engagement and strategy work
  • Strong experience in complex project management (including cross-functional teams and external advisors)
  • Good at modeling frameworks and processes, always mindful of the big picture
  • Able to extract a repeatable approach so that the organization can reuse the model for the next deal.
  • Able to prioritize, communicate on top-level risks and requirements, and suggest mitigation approaches
  • Able to take initiatives when and where needed
  • Flexibility in functional topics.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects at the same time and report back on them in efficient manner.
  • Ability to produce slides, in a clear, visual, way that summarizes essential information for senior-level stakeholders in a way that supports decision making.
  • Pressure tested and excited to work in a high-stakes environments
  • Experience working internationally and in virtual teams
  • University Masters degree in relevant field
  • Microsoft Office, especially excel and ppt skills are necessary to perform in the role
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written
