PAC is seeking a hands-on professional to join our team in the United Kingdom to support the development of a plant production maintenance management system for an automotive client. Candidate should have:

• 20 years of automotive industry experience, with a minimum of 10 years focused on maintenance management.
• Specialist in Total Preventive Maintenance strategies (TPM).
• Solid background with process machinery equipment and overall equipment effectiveness/equipment reliability.
• Previous experience in identifying and implementing a proactive maintenance system, including the organizational transformation requirements.

Requirements

Excellent technical background in maintenance management, coupled with a strong communication skill set in order to bring along the entire client organization with new systems, processes and strategies.

Ability to analyze efficiency losses on the shop floor.

Strong knowledge of the strengths and weaknesses of maintenance management applications.

Ability to balance a consultative role while also providing direct support to the responsible client team.

Must be permitted to work within the UK to be considered for this assignment.
