Requirements

The role, in collaboration with the CTO, is accountable for providing the overarching future technical direction for the product portfolio and he role will evangelize and drive existing products and services towards this vision and beyond.

You will play a leading role in all high level organisational and operational activity and set product and engineering long term evolution whilst working closely with the Heads of and VP's within Callsign business units to evaluate overall performance and accelerate delivery and in turn help grow the business through our Tech.

Key Experience:

• Previous leadership experience with multi-domain Technology organisations.
• Managing scale-up teams, in excess of 100 associates.
• Responsible for the technology roadmap and creation of an organisation model to meet growth and stability challenges
• Partners with leadership team to dictate the future of the technology platform
• Balances the Build vs. Buy equation, focuses.
• Understands amp; promotes the critical role of operations in the stability of the platform
• Deep understanding of data amp; metrics, how they support strategy

In addition, some of the following would be really beneficial

Previous experience with budgets and forecasting cycles.

Background in Security amp; Authentication based technology.

Deep understanding of Devops as a cultural amp; related organisational objectives.

SaaS delivery models, cloud providers amp; serverless delivery models.

Understanding of Architectural principles amp; practices and how they support the engineering process.
