Requirements

The role is essential to creating an overview of our assets, technology processes and blueprints, support business development strategies and other internal functions to establish and implement changes that will increase our sustainability and prepare us for future expansion.

The EA will need to prepare one or more architectural models for each aspect of their responsible areas and collaborate with our C-level Executives to establish baselines and benchmarks. Our goal is to future-proof our business as much as possible through the efficient development, recruitment and deployment of talent.

This role requires a combination of IT / enterprise architecture, stakeholder management and leadership skills, and the ability to bridge balance between business and technology factors that influence the direction of Callsign architecture.

The key responsibilities of the role include:

• Model and maintain enterprise architecture (current and target) with cohesive architecture roadmaps covering the transition and migration steps required to reach the selected target model
• Promote standardisation by building and maintaining architecture blueprints for SaaS and On-Premises product offering
• Facilitate the enablement of technology strategy to be aligned with the business strategy by developing appropriate relationships with assigned business stakeholders
• Introduction and deployment of best practices in solution definition and development procedures, processes and working practices, and standards to raise the maturity level of the organisation
• Co-ordinates resolution of highly complex problems and tasks, proposing new ideas and concepts in support of operational goals and objectives
• Provides technical and analytical guidance to the architecture team
• Integrates and translates complex concepts into tactical action plans
• Directs high-level enterprise architecture analysis, evaluation, design, integration, documentation, and development
• The creation of the technical architecture and design for cloud deployments which support major technology implementations, ensuring security and privacy by design
• An understanding of total cost ownership of technology assets and functions

Skills Required:

• 5+ enterprise architecture experience
• Experience with a broad set of technologies and open to adapting and learning new technologies
• Experience with Cloud technologies AWS, Azure, GCP
• Excellent communication with experience presenting to Senior Leadership
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with Senior Leadership
• Be a business-focussed, creative, innovative, pragmatic, and positive team player

Good to have:

Relevant formal qualifications including enterprise architecture (TOGAF), service management (ITIL), project management (PRINCE2, PMP, Agile), security, privacy, and technical certifications
