About the Role

We want to recruit talented people who really want to make a difference to our Beauty business. To ensure we get this right we're looking for someone with a true passion for people and connecting them with the best opportunities. You'll be recruiting across some of our largest brands including LookFantastic, Glossybox, Illamasqua, ESPA and Eyeko.

As a Talent Acquisition Partner in Beauty, you'll be part of the Beauty People team and responsible for:

• The full recruitment cycle from defining the role and advert with the Beauty senior leadership team, to sourcing candidates, to selection and offer both in the UK and across our global locations, including USA, Europe, Australia and Asia
• Partnering the senior leadership team throughout the recruitment cycle, providing specialist advice and market insight
• Being an advocate of The Hut Group and the Beauty division - it's important you can talk with conviction and credibility about working here, the business and our products
• Ensuring an amazing candidate experience as they move through their application process with us
• Being creative and innovative in your role
• Thinking critically - be able to constantly evaluate and reflect on our approach, how we do things and where the opportunities are for improvement

Requirements

We're looking for someone who:

• Has a track record of recruiting across multiple functions, from entry through to Director level
• Has a background in agency recruitment, ideally having worked across e-commerce, marketing, buying and merchandising
• Is able to work autonomously and build relationships with stakeholders across the Group
• Is able to manage a recruitment process from initial contact through to offer management
• Has had experience of recruiting internationally
• Has a desire to take full ownership of recruitment across the central functions, helping to shape our future growth
• Has a desire to keep making processes and ways of working better, is always challenging themselves and others on better and new approaches
• Thrives in a high paced environment and is able to adapt brilliantly to change
