We are currently recruiting for a Security amp; Concierge Officer to join our diverse and multi-faceted security team. You will work across various business functions ensuring that our people, assets, guests and information are safe. Brief:
- Provide an efficient five star security concierge service to all members and guests
- Responsible for completing detailed incident reporting in accordance with minimum investigation standards and liaising with external agencies where required
- Complete routine site security patrols of internal and external areas of the premises and THG surrounding sites and report any breaches to the relevant Security Management.
- Action on site intruder alarm activations, escalating appropriately and liaising with dedicated keyholders and alarm monitoring stations where appropriate.
- Assist security management with driving a positive culture of security to all colleagues and encourage the wider audience to engage in security related needs
About the role:
- Report and record all security related incidents in a timely and concise manner, ensuring they are communicated
- Action remote intruder alarm activations, escalating appropriately and liaising with dedicated keyholders and alarm monitoring stations where appropriate.
- Responsible for completing detailed incident reporting in accordance with minimum investigation standards and reporting back to the club and Security Management
- Complete routine site security patrols of internal and external areas of the premises and neighbouring THG sites and report findings.
- Support the wider security team and drive the security and culture programme to all colleagues
- Work closely with external partners within the area to reduce criminal activity and continue to build professional relationships.
Requirements
- SIA Door supervisors license
- 2+ years security experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential for this role
