THG Ingenuity

THG Ingenuity is the fast growing commercial division of THG. THG Ingenuity leverages the technology, brand and ecomm knowledge of THG to create compelling digital propositions for clients including Nintendo, Pamp;G, Boots, Honda, and Nestle.

THG Ingenuity encompasses the end-to-end capabilities of web hosting, 100TB hosting with 29 global data centres, consulting, translation, digital media, marketing and content services.

The Role

In your role as Customer Advocacy Manager you’ll use your customer advocacy, strong narrative storytelling and relationship-building skills to ensure we’re always showcasing and celebrating the voice of our customers. You will own our case studies pipeline, from the initial conversation with clients, writing of the case study and overall strategy for identifying content opportunities as well as ensuring details are up-to-date and stories support our wider GTM strategy. You will form an integral part of our B2B marketing team, collaborating closely with sales, account managers and customers. You will be the marketing point of contact with our clients, coordinating potential PR, events and marketing opportunities and gaining their approval to develop case studies.

Requirements

  • Ability to build customer relationships at an executive level, to support strategic Ingenuity marketing efforts through a variety of channels (case studies, social media, webinars etc.)
  • Copywriting skills to construct compelling case studies, matching the customer’s and Ingenuity’s tone of voice
  • Storytelling abilities to frame our customer-centric narrative in a persuasive way
  • Experience in building a bank of persuasive and value-driven case studies in line with business priorities
  • Proven success in building a robust customer reference program across all stages of the customer engagement cycle -from identifying opportunities to amplifying these stories externally and internally
  • Ability to leverage existing client relationships for sales references to aid of deal closure
  • Love of collaboration and strong networking skills
  • B2B marketing or enterprise tech background
