Consumer is home to THG's heritage sites, that includes brands such as Zavvi, IWOOT, and Pop In A Box - some of Europe's largest online retailers for Licensed Movie Merchandise, Collectables of of all types and Gifting products.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced, ambitious Supply Chain Manager to support our aggressive growth plans we have across the division. We need a motivated individual, prepared to challenge current processes and ways of working, whilst building out scalable processes that work alongside numerous growth plans.

At THG, we encourage and promote growth and exploration within your role and as such, the below list gives only a summary of the role remit:

• Work with the buying and warehouse teams to ensure plans are aligned and the warehouse infrastructure is prepared to and support the buying plans.
• Identify gaps in supply chain and map out processes to tackle these in a scalable manner.
• Support with warehouse integrations.
• Work with the buying and commercial team to ensure stock budgets are aligned with the sales expectations as well as falling within the wider business demands.
• Assist with demand planning - working with the relevant trading/buying teams to ensure we're reacting accordingly from a supply chain perspective to various peaks and troughs in demand.
• Drive forward forecasting across categories to ensure we're maximising both availability and sales opportunities.

Requirements

• 1-2+ years experience in supply chain management with a clear understanding of the supply chain process
• Solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes
• Commercial awareness partnered with a strategic mindset
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills with proven ability to influence senior level stakeholders (internal and external)
• Good time management with impeccable attention to detail, with the ability to work accurately in a demanding environment to meet deadlines
• Excellent IT skills e.g. Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
