This unique opportunity as spa receptionist offers a dream opportunity to work within this luxury spa which is in perfect harmony with its glorious surroundings. This stunning, individual country club and spa has 5 treatment rooms, manicure/pedicure suite and thermal facilities.
This role is a very important part of the Spa and the clients’ journey and you will be responsible for performing a wide variety of treatments to a very high standard as well as having a fantastic knowledge of all products together with making recommendations and up sell as appropriate.?
What is Involved:
- Offer treatment information by phone/email.
- Making appointments both individual and group
- Carry out tours of the spa, explaining facilities and services
- Prepare guests bills and take payments
- Opening and closing of Spa reception
- Prepare therapist work schedules
- Take lunch orders and prepare lunch schedules for guests
- Waiting on tables, looking after guests dining
- Be knowledgeable about the treatments the spa offers. Upsell treatments/packages
- Be knowledgeable about the brands the spa offers in order to sell retail products
- Deal with any guest issues and try and resolve them
- Be aware of the monthly target and work towards this daily
- You will be required to work 3 weekends out of 4
- You must be prepared to cover any staff sickness if necessary
Requirements
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 Beauty Therapy or Equivalent preferred but not essential
- Previous Beauty Therapy experience in a 5-star environment preferred
- Previous Spa reception experience?would be an advantage but not essential
- Good verbal communication skills
- Computer skills, Word, Excel would be an advantage
- Excellent written grammar
